The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage. The balcony faces north and west with views of our pond and gardens. It is adjacent to state route 414 and the two windows face east.

Our East Lake room features a California King Size bed, antique desk, wardrobe and side tables as well as an attached full bath. The colors are pinks, lilac and gray. Enjoy the morning sunshine in this large east-facing room. It also has garden views and a view of the lake. This room is located at the front of the 2nd floor adjacent to state route 414. It has two windows facing east and one facing south.

Our romantic Stella Room features a King-size brass bed, attached full bath, carpet and decor in shades of pale blue and gold. Cozy seating, antique furnishings and marble end tables add to its charm. Enjoy the sunset with a view of Seneca Lake and our gardens. This room is located at the center of the 2nd floor, three windows facing south.

Our Concord Room is decorated in shades of lavender, cream and taupe. It has a King size bed, attached full bath, antique furnishings and a walk-in closet. Its Southern view of the property provides a view of the lake. The room is located on the 2nd floor, center of the house, accessed by the back stairs.

The Seneca Room has a wonderful view of Seneca Lake with direct Western and Southern exposure that offer spectacular sunsets at any time of the year. Furnishings include Queen-size bed, full bath, matching maple bureaus with desk and a rocking chair. Decorated in primary colors of blue, red, green with light blue carpeting and walls. The room is located on the 2nd floor, rear of the house, accessed by the back stairs.
