You have access to a variety of locations on site:

• E.J. Porter Hall - plush with Victorian rugs, fireplace, views, & seats 50
• Deck suited for warmer weather (Spring, Summer, & Fall), that seats 50
• Surrounding Perennial Gardens, & Koi pond - warmth, beauty, and natural sense of regal pleasures that can host up to 125 guest. 
• All of this, plus our Bridal Dressing Room & Caywood Dining Room, are available for any special occasion - wedding ceremonies, receptions, festivals, & private dinner parties (i.e. Murder Mysteries, Lawn Candelit fine dining), & more.

Additonal Information

We have a Minister on staff, who provides:

• Sample Wedding Ceremony – a full wedding ceremony script, with readings and vows, that can be modified to your choosing. 
• Marriage License – simple steps on “how to obtain” it in the State of New York.  For more information, visit » New York State Wedding Information
• Meet (in-person and/or by phone)
• Rehearsal - prepare and direct entire party
• Officiate & direct Wedding Ceremony
• Services can be provided on-site, or at an area or regional venue, too.
• Rates $300 Destination Wedding, $150 permanent local residents, or $60 Renew Vows

For Elopements, we asks guest limit to the bride and groom and witnesses, otherwise, we would have to charge for renting space. 

Loding requirements - 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends. 

Returning Guests get discounts off all Weddings, Private Events, and Lodging!
