Special Events Overview!
 If you are looking for the old charm of an authentic Victorian home with million dollar views of Seneca Lake ("Awesome Sunsets"), then please contact us.
• With over 25 years of special event and hospitality experience.
• Over 5000 square feet (E. J. Porter Hall, The Caywood Room, Deck, Music Room & Library), and 3 acres (Celestial Gardens, Pond, and more) surrounded by vineyards.
• Seating - we can host private event sizes minimum 25 people, maximum of 150.
» Inside - E.J. Porter Hall can host 75 people.
» Outside - seasonal deck holds additonal 75, grounds host up to 150 with addition of a tent.
• We Service any Special Event, and as an inn provide Overnight Stays.
• We Provide an experienced and respected Referral Services network that supports all other needs.
• We even have a practicing ordained Minister onsite.

Space Rental & Services
Since we are an inn, we provide you with three things:
1. Overnight Stay Accommodations - please see Rooms & Rates Page for more details.
2. Space to Host your Special Event.
3. Referrals to support your special day. For events larger than 50 people, we require a Porta Jon. and we order a Special Event Permit ($36) for alcoholic beverages.
We do not mark up any of the supporting services. If you want us to act as your Event Planner, we charge a flat rate based on the size of your event.
